The poem that I choose entitled “She Walks in the Beauty” by George Gordon, Lord Byron. I want this poem because it is the one that I recited in our subject in Speech an Oral Communication. Even though I didn’t understand some lines at that time because it is hard for me to interpret the meaning of such lines, I really appreciate the works of Byron.

I remember the explanation of this poem because I read his life in the book of English Literature. This poem is written for music, was inspired by the sight of the beautiful lady named Horton, I forgot his whole name. She appeared at a party dressed in a black mourning gown.

I want to share that Mr. Byron had a handicap, a club foot that both physically and psychologically distressed him all his life. I am very proud of him, even he is disable it is not hindrance to him to show and to share his talent like John Milton.
